When you submit the contact form we store your name, email, phone number, company (if provided), selected service, message, submission time, and IP address. Calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails sent directly to us are also used to reply to you.

How we use it

Enquiries are used to quote, survey, and support security projects. We do not sell your details. Leads are stored securely on the server and may be emailed to info@thefalconeye.com.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to complete the conversation and for reasonable business follow-up, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer required.
